CREARTIVITY III- Confluence of Masters - The show was inaugurated by the notable painter and activist, Shri Jogen Choudhury ,
eminent theatrician and writer, Shri Anant Mahapatra and H.E. Mr. Dean Thompson, the Consul General of USA in Kolkata and his gracious wife, Jane, on 2nd September 2011 at 6.30 pm.
A part of the proceeds was donated for the establishment of library for poor girls at Piyali Learning Centre (PLC), South 24 Paraganas, to its President, Rtn Dr. Naresh Goyal by
the diginataries present. The PLC is an educational facility that is operating under the stewardship of PACE Universal, an US not for profit NGO and the Rotary Club of Calcutta
Metropolitan Trust. It is a holistic programme designed to empower the girl children living in Piyali, one of the most impoverished villages in South Parganas.
