Jagriti Art held a felicitation event called "Samman" on 8th April, 2017 in Darjeeling in honour of eminent artist, Shri. Lalu Prasad Shaw whose journey has been inspiring both within India and abroad, over the last sixty years.
His gracious presence motivated the other artists who also participated and were a part of this event. The idea was to spend quality time together and celebrate his remarkable journey. A "Thamra Patra" (memento) describing his illustrious journey was read out by the senior artist, Samir Aich,
Director of JagritiArt, Mr. Gaurang Jalan presented Shri.Lalu Prasad Shaw with a shawl.
