"GANAPATI BOOK LAUNCH" IN KOLKATA

Jagriti Art held a Book launch "GANAPATI" of the prolific artist Smt. Sujata Bajaj, who is based in Paris & works out of UAE, Norway & India Hon ble Governor of West Bengal, Shri. Keshari Nath Tripathi inaugurated this Book & Art event along with the French Consul General, Mr. Damien Syed, Chairman Ambuja Group, Mr. Harshavardhan Neotia, Founder of Gallery Art & Soul, Mumbai, Ms. Tarana Khubchandani, President FACES, Mr. Imran Zaki & Sales &Marketing Head of ITC Sonar, Mr. Anand Nair amongst other dignitaries which included The Consul General of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexey Idamkin, Deputy Consul General of Federal Republic of Germany, Mr.Jurgen Thomas Schrod, besides eminent people from Industry, Art lovers & patrons of Jagriti Art from 4.30 5.30 pm on 17th Feburary 2018 at ITC Sonar WelcomArt Gallery.

This signature book launch &exhibition of some of the works therein, has already taken place in Mumbai, Dubai, Rome, New York, Hyderabad & Delhi. This show stopper launch in Kolkata is in association with Gallery Art & Soul from Mumbai & WelcomArt. The event was partnered by ITC Sonar, Faces, NFS Maintenance Services Pvt Ltd., Launcherz PR & 91.9 Friends FM as the Radio Partner. The book is available at Oxford Book Store & Story.

GANAPATI is written by Jean-Claude Carri re, a French writer and cineaste who has recently been awarded an Oscar for his lifetime achievement and who has followed Sujata's career for more than 25 years. It is interspersed with endearing myths and legends associated with Ganesha, the reliever of obstacles.

Later, the event was followed by Cocktail & Hors d Ouvere exclusively in association with The Telegraph and Chivas Studio from 6pm to 7.30pm.
