Jagriti Art Initiative in association with Medica Superspeciality Hospital had an art event, 'Art with a Heart' for the benefit of needy patients requiring financial assistance for life threatening surgeries at Medica. The project was co-hosted by Welcome Art and supported by FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO).This Art exhibition for noble causes was held from 22nd & 24th October, 2016 at Welcome Art Gallery at ITC Sonar , Kolkata.
The show was inaugurated by renowned film maker, Mr. Madhur Bhandarkar .Dr. Alok Roy, Chairman, Medica Hospitals, Smt. Anupama Sureka, Chairperson, FLO, Mr. Sanjay Jhunjhunwala, President, ASSOCHAM (Eastern India) & CEO, Mani Group of Companies graced the occasion as Guests of Honour.
A cheque of Rs.1,00,000 /- (Rupees One lakh only) was presented to the Eastern India Health Care Foundation of Medica by Mr. Madhur Bhandarkar on behalf of Jagriti Art initiative to Dr Alok Roy & Dr. Kunal Sarkar on this occasion for their noble causes.
