Creartivity-IV was inaugurated at
Lalit Kala Akademi, Kharvela Nagar,in
Bhubaneshwar , by
H.E. the Governor of Odisha Shri. MC Bhandare as Chief Guest
, CMD Nalco, Shri. BL Bagra as Guest of Honour, and
Scholar & Historian Dr. Nivedita Mohanty as Special Guest on
14th October,2011 and continued till 20th October,2011. Part of the proceeds of this show was given to
Adruta Children's Home , by H.E. the Governor and other dignitaries present,
on behalf of Jagriti Art Initiative.The Adruta Children's Home
is doing
remarkable work to provide home and hope to the helpless children for the past 22 years through their seven centers in Orissa.
This is the Fourth group show in the CRE
ARTIVITY series moves to culturally rich State of Odisha, which has a
vibrant artist fraternity experimenting in various mediums of work. It showcased paintings,sculptures , photographs& etchings of some established and emerging artists from all over India. This exhibition brings together few of the brightest minds with their contemporaries and seniors from all across India on this common platform offered by
Jagriti Art Initiative featuring 54 artists :-
